Preparing Wyoming cultural properties forms for twenty historically and architecturally significant structures which represent a variety of architectural styles in Teton County. Research includes oral histories, county deed research, and archival searches. Coordinating with Teton County Historic Preservation Board regularly as well as local property owners.

Completed an architectural assessment of five buildings belonging to the Jackson Hole Historical Society and Museum. Assessment included building research, conditions assessment, photographic and graphic documentation. Coordinated with collections assessor to complete final product for museum.

Completed a National Register nomination for the National Park Service of a backcountry patrol cabin in a proposed wilderness area of Grand Teton National Park. Historical research included oral histories, archival research, and photographic and graphic documentation.

Completed a National Register nomination for the National Park Service of an aging homestead site consisting of a 40-acre cultural landscape and three historic cabins. Historical research included oral histories, archival research, and photographic and graphic documentation.

Worked with regional National Park Service staff to update conditions of 330 structures in Grand Teton National Park. Update required conditions assessment, GIS, and documentation.

Prepared an architectural history of fifty buildings belonging to an early 20th century, thousand-acre gentleman’s farm in preparation for an extensive restoration project. Documentation and research was completed according to National Register standards and requirements so that the property could be nominated to the register at a later date, once it displayed a higher level of integrity. Client focus was on finding original plans and drawings to help attribute buildings to certain well-known gilded-age architects as well as local draftsmen. Report recommendations also included addressing preservation planning issues concerning the economic viability of continuing operation of the last remaining working dairy in Berkshire County.

Designed and wrote curriculum handbook for docent training and evaluated interpretive use of historic rifle-factory museum in Vermont’s “Precision Valley.”

Provided architectural and planning services to Uinta County for stabilization and rehabilitation of a historic Carnegie library. Project included existing conditions assessment, design and construction documentation, and construction administration for the Uinta County Museum.

Provided architectural and planning services to the City of Evanston for stabilization and rehabilitation, including existing conditions assessment, design and construction documents, and construction administration for a historic hotel.

Represented the Wyoming State Historic Preservation Office as historical architect to review proposed plans for new facility and Section 106 review.

Provided architectural and planning services to the State of Wyoming for stabilization and rehabilitation of Wyoming’s Historic Governor’s Mansion. Work included existing conditions assessment, design and construction documents, and construction administration.

Provided architectural and planning services to the State of Wyoming for log stabilization and rehabilitation of former fish and wildlife facility. Work included existing conditions assessment, design and construction documentation, and construction administration for three historic log structures.

Represented the Wyoming State Historic Preservation Office as historical architect to review rehabilitation plans and Federal Tax Credit applications.

Completed an architectural conceptual plan for the rehabilitation and expansion of the museum district facilities in the Anna Miller Museum and the Upton School.
